I hit my first one on hole 8 at Cedars of Lebanon last Thursday. There probably weren't 5 guys on the whole course but 2 of em were standing on 9's tee when I hit it. I couldn't see it around that corner(left turn) but I heard it hit. They said it skipped once and smashed center chains for the big 1 on the scorecard. I was really glad to have witnesses and they were kind enough to sign my disc so I finally have that monkey off my back after 2 and a half years of playing.
Side note I also birdied the hole before and after...for -4 on just 3 holes!!!

Wow! Congratulations! That's a blind one, too, and you hit it on a skip. That's great! I can never get close on that hole.
My first ace was a 200 foot hyzer with a roc. Yours is much more interesting.

Is that the dogleg left, slightly uphill shot? Great ace. Well placed.

Yes, that's the one Ron. I threw my champ XCal flat but softly so I wouldn't overpower the disc, and it of course, made the turn on its own being as overstable as XCals are. I'm estimating, I now have a 1:20,000 ace to drive ratio...so it might be a little while before I can celebrate one again ;-) Thanks for the love everybody!

Congrats, sir. Took me about the same amount of time playing to hit my first ace. Don't play Cedars often so I can't picture the hole. I got my first on hole 11 at 7 oaks. Teebird backhand over the hill and a skip. Blind ace fun. Got my second on hole nine there recently. Wraith turned over the whole way. Is slowroll Craig B. by the way? Peaces.

Attaboy Keith. Unfortunately, that now we're going to have to move you up to the pro division since you've proved you can do it once, so obviously you'll choose to do that everytime from now on! ;-) Great job man!

Woo Hoo!! Way to go. What a fun ace, too. Watching that thing track all the way down the hill. Had to be a hoot. Wish I had been there. Maybe you can hit your next one when we play Smyrna on Saturday. How hard can it be?? You already know which disc to throw and which line to take. Ron
