All signed up and ready to play! will the temp holes be set up to play on friday before tourney? The temp tees are now all carpeted (aside from the three that will tee from the road), and all directional signs to help you through the temp holes will be up on Friday. The pin locations are all marked with flags, but there will be no actual baskets at the pin locations until Saturday morning. Glad you signed up! Looking forward to it! By the way - since we're now less than ten days away, we can start watching the weather forecast . . . currently showing sunny and 63 degrees ;D

I confess. Yes, yes I do like Pre-Registration (as a player and a TD) --- But, in my weakness I sometimes like to see the weather report first. So……. Current reports are Sunny & 59 for this Saturday at the Liberty Pro/Am Fall Spectacular in Franklin, TN. Come get ya’ some. Remember This event is Pre-Registration Only . Cut-off is Wednesday, 9th at Midnight. In other words --- you can NOT sign up on the day of the tournament. You can sign up three ways: 1. In person at any WCDGC event. (We are playing the temps at doubles on Sunday the 6th, 2pm.) 2. Online at Raising Chains. Click following link. www.raisingchainsdg.com/searchresults.asp?cat=413. Snail Mail. Click following link. Drop it in the mail on Monday if you have aversion to online sign-up fees. www.wcdgc.com/liberty-proam-snail-mail-sign-up.htmlRon Pittman

posted this in another thread. Figured it should go here as well Hey all . . . For the rest of the registration period, there are no guarantees that anyone will be at the course to take entries . . . But my office is in Cool Springs, just a hop and a skip from Liberty Park. Anyone who wants to sign up in person tomorrow or Wednesday can do so by calling me and stopping by here between 7:30am and 4:00pm . . . six 1 five too oh to for oh 0 too Cameron

If you want to play Saturday, but haven't yet signed up because you're not sure what to division to enter, just get signed up!! We can revisit/adjust your division Thursday morning once the field is set. Remember, if you're not registered by midnight tomorrow, you won't be teeing off Saturday morning at Liberty Park! ;D

Cameron, I'm going to need to stop by. I neglected to give money to Ron on Sunday and don't have a paypal account to register on-line. FWIW, I'm doing Rec, and current PDGA member #47244.
Should be able to swing by after school Wed. or Thu.

Looking forward to seeing everyone tommorow, nice weather, nice people, and hopefully nice golf!
As a reminder. We WILL be selling 2012 bagtags and they will be handed out accordingly after this event....as well as the 2011 tags. Kinda weird I know, but this is the last "big" event of the year so its a nice way to start and end the tag seasons.

I'll go first. Congrats to all the winners!!!!
As the official old man of WCDGC, we offer a huge thanks to all the players for choosing to spend a day with us. The honor is ours.
And I know you will join me in applauding Cameron for a great job TD'ing his first tournament. Nothing but class.
Proud papa moment--- Ryan shot a 2 round total of 161--- his lowest ever. And on his birthday to boot.

Good job guys! Had a great time. WCDGC has got it together for sure. Also Cameron, I'd never have known that was your first time TDing. Everything was so smooth and moved quickly. I'm already looking to the next event!

Something is odd -- it doesn't look like the round ratings differentiate the two courses. The same score has the same rating whether or not it was shot from red or white tees.

Not sure Bryan . . .
was thinking at first that it was because I have not yet uploaded the full TD report, only the scores. However, looking more closely, they are different for Round 1, but are the same for round 2. (In round 1, a score of 64 was rated 907 from the whites, and was rated 832 from the reds)
Perhaps the way the players scored it just so happened to work out that the same scores actually did have the same ratings for round 2, no matter which tees were being used . . .
Perhaps things will be readjusted when I do submit the full report (probably Wednesday morning) . . .
Perhaps PDGA will want to receive and deposit our check before results are official . . .
Ron?
