Can't believe there is not a thread on here yet, with the event this weekend.
Anyway, my brother is coming up from GA and we are headed up Thurs night straight to WHA BHAs to pick up players packs and grab dinner/drinks
We are staying at the Microtel.
Friday evening we will get our traditional prime rib at Logans, then head over to the Flymart.
Saturday evening we will do dinner at the Sportsman Grill. then head to the players party.
I say all this to say, all you buds are welcome to join us for meals, hang out at the room, or whatever. text me

I can't wait!!!
Would you consider dinner after the flymart on Friday? I plan to head to Phil Moore/flymart pretty much as soon as my round is done in order to join in on the CTP fun . . .
Not sure about Saturday plans at this point . . . between 5:00 & 8:00 anyplace with a TV is going to be pretty crazy (Kentucky/Louisville in the final four)

I'm with you guys as well. I'm flexible for the Friday night dinner. Just let me know what you all decide. Cameron, I need your cell number. I have RD's but not yours.

WCDGC represented well. I don't want to leave anyone out, but here is my attempt at a recap:
RD Intermediate division. Placed 15 out of 150 !! Had a hot round of 48 (rated 997) on Saturday. Way to go RD!!!
Aaron Intermediate division. Placed 27 out of 150! 3 of his 4 rounds rated over 970. Good job!!
Jeff Advanced Masters division. (I know, I know --- with that baby face you thought he was 29 instead of 39) Was on lead card on Saturday. Tough division. 19th out of 74. Had a hot 48 (rated 997) at Hobson. Not bad for an old man!!
Cameron Rec division (the home of the ratings smorgasbord) 46 out of 137. Get this -- he shot an average of 41 points above his rating. Wow.
Keith Advanced Masters division (yes, men this old can still walk AND still play. Tuff comp) Conquered all Three Personal Disc Golf Goals!!! 1. Break no bones 2. Lose no discs 3. Don't be Doo Doo Last. Way to go Keith!!

Way to go Keith!! Well actually, I threw a Disc into the river at Phil Moore on my very last hole of the entire weekend (Hole #12). Technically, it was not lost. I could see it quite clearly sitting in the bottom of the shallow river. So.... I really did not lose it since I could see it. However, due to the fact the disc (not me of course) behaved so badly on my last drive of a very long weekend, I decided to punish the disc and left it in the water. Some things must pay for their behavior. And yes indeed... I did not finish Doo-Doo last!!

Cameron Rec division (the home of the ratings smorgasbord) 46 out of 137. Get this -- he shot an average of 41 points above his rating. Wow. I was satisfied with my outing - improved greatly on last year's 99th place finish, and my stroke count was 32 better than last year . . . but don't get too excited about those round ratings. I'm pretty sure I played at or above my rating each round, but the ratings on pdga.com currently seem to be based on the same four courses across the board. A 50 in round 1 is the same rating no matter what division you look at, a 60 in round 2 is the same rating no matter . . . etc. They'll get it straightened out eventually. Speaking of getting things straightened out . . . discgolfu.com is going to have a major headache methinks. My 46th place finish got me $35.20 in credit. I just cashed it in . . . got a couple shirts and a towel totaling $37 and change . . . applied my points; still owed $2.78 or so . . . gave it my credit card and pressed enter . . .and in the final transaction, instead of it applying 3520 points, it applied 352000, and credited $3482 to my credit card !!!!!
