Any idea what time the rounds start? I see checkin is by 8:30, so I assume the first round tees off at 9. It'd be nice to guestimate what time I can tell my lovely, gracious wife I'm getting home.
Also, if someone knows the layout of the regular course, I'd appreciate it. I've played SS enough to know short/right/whatever. And I assume Ad. Masters plays 3 and 9 over the water instead of the alt tees?
So this is what registering for a tourney feels like...
(Ron, you owe me $10.)

Looks like Ryan and I are going, too. Not sure of the set-up, but plan to play it some time this week. And yes, all but novice and jr throw over the water on 3 and 9. Players meeting at 9. Round should start near 10. I expect only 3somes and 4somes for either pool. Flyer www.mtdga.org/

Ron --
Any chance you could provide the layout of basket placements?

Ron -- Any chance you could provide the layout of basket placements? I can tell you where they are for the original. 1- regular, on the path to the next hole 2- annie right 3. Long, almost to the road, but they have cleared it a good bit. 4. Regular, left 5. left 6. regular 7. straight in. Shortest I think 8. regular -- just before the pond 9. Ace run baby 10. Short around corner 11. straight 12. to the right behind tree 13. regular 14. left behind trees 15 short 16 right short ---arrgh 17 straight, but the shortest I think 18 regular, never seen it anywhere else. All in all, not too flukey of a layout.

Wow; would've expected a more brutal setup for a tourney. Happy to hear it. Especially happy to hear 5. left. A meaner setup could easily add 6-8 strokes. Here's hoping we can avoid the drop zone on 3 and deposit an ace or two. Good luck to all.
