You can find the action on a rotating schedule;
1st Sunday (of the month) at Fellowship Bible Church DGC for Doubles
2nd Sunday - Crockett Park Doubles
3rd Sunday - Crockett Park Doubles NOTE: Liberty is out of the rotation until Winter.
4th Sunday - Crockett Park for Singles Round ( A Bag Tag Event)
If you don't have a WCDGC Bag Tag, worry not; you can play without one or buy one for $10 bucks.
5th Sunday - Crockett Park Doubles
Every Sunday
Tee off at 2:00 pm
Come a bit early to sign up.
It is true; the cities won't let us have an entry fee. But, the competition is real and the fun is free.

A week from today is the first Sunday in July. I'll be out of town (and it's the 4th, so maybe everybody else has other plans too), but still I'm curious - will there be an entry fee and prizes on the Liberty Sundays from here on out, or is it going to remain casual at both courses?

Now about prizes/entry fees at Liberty (both Thursday league and Sunday doubles)
Yes --- if we get the officail paperwork from the city. The Sports Use Lease Agreement has to go through park board and city council. Supposed to be on schedule for July 1st. We will get update this week.

Bump

Is this schedule still valid? Looks like singles at Crockett for tags this Sunday. I'm guessing you will have new tags for 2011 for sale. My wife is working Saturday, but I'm hoping to get in some golf after church Sunday. Just let me know.

Yep, we have bag tag singles this Sunday.
Maybe not at Crockett. What do you folk say if we change it to Liberty and play the 18 Ice Bowl setup??
Sorta' don't have Bag Tag Issuance decided. We are pre-selling before the Ice Bowl. And even holding out some decent numbers for volunteers that won't be playing the Ice Bowl.
Maybe we could issue new tags on Sunday also. Could be fun.

I like the Liberty idea too since I've only played that course a handful of times. I need all the practice on it I can get. Just let me know, and I'll bring money for the ice bowl signup and hole sponsership.
