I think I'm bringing Odie(from the Shire for those that don't remember) with me. He doesn't do PDGA stuff anymore, but he sounded excited when I told him about your setting up the temp holes for a fun day. Looking forward to it, and I'll see you all after church.

Plus if people want the best chance to get a low tag, they will have to show up to help prepare the course saturday for a practice round! BRILLIANT!!!!!

Yesterday marked the second consecutive Sunday where my boys and I were the only participant in our weekly. Kind of a bummer, but we enjoyed it. Justin hit his first legitimate grown-up par three from Crockett's red #6. (Shu has hit a few fours, but this was the first par of many to come.)
Disappointingly, there were more empty beer cans and Gatorade bottles, as well as general litter strewn across the course than I've ever seen. We picked up some, but the sheer amount was ridiculous.

As far as the trash, its a never ending battle. As the sport grows so to does the # of idiots out there that do not and will never respect the courses. if and when we ever get to volunteer on the course again, alot of that will change. there is a TON of stuff that needs to be done out there. |

i am pretty much going to be at every sunday league round along with my brother. i showed up at liberty two weeks ago with 4 guys and no one was there, becker, we must have missed you. but my brother and i, and probably another guy, will be at almost every sunday event.

Gentlemen, I will miss out on Sunday doubles yet again. Next week, too. Ryan has his first graduation party this afternoon and his graduation vacation begins next week. Enjoy.

As the "New guy" that played his first Sunday Doubles flip up today, I'd just like to say that I had a great time on the course with the guys! WCDGC is great people! I'm very thankful that I moved to an area that has such a good, proactive group of friendly, high-quality character people that enjoy fellowshipping and just having fun on the course together like everyone I've met so far in WCDGC seems to. Great shooting today by everyone! Hats off to Tricks and Pete. Hell of a round!!
Looking forward to the next time, whenever that may be with whomever wants to throw a round; 10, 18... whatever.

Great to meet you, Mike! I was glad we had the turnout we did with fearless leader Ron and a few other regulars celebrating Ryan's graduation (go Ryan!). I'm afraid I'll miss the bag-tag round next weekend for the same reason as Ron -- summer vacation.
Ron, any chance you can hook Mike up with a tag between now and next Sunday?
