If you found this board, then you know we have some of the targets installed on the new 18 hole course. (the back nine)
Coupla' other things you might need to know:
1. The course isn't really open to the public. Please don't invite new players, families, etc to "come try the course". It just plain isn't ready yet.
2. If you can handle a "work in progress" , you are most welcome to give the back nine a test drive. Please be patient as we work on signs, clearing, etc. The blackberry bushes and the bodock trees have called this place home for a long time.
Navigation notes
We are also hoping that you might call Crockett your "home course". We won't be bashful in asking you to read the threads about our Starter Fund and our Workdays.
More funds and more volunteers will speed up the opportunity to finish this install.
Thanks,
Ron Pittman

Navigation notes
- All targets have numbers on them and they should be facing the tee box. And all tee areas are marked by big painted logs with numbers on them. Red and white tees are marked. And yes, permanant markers and tee signs are on the way.
- The bottom of each target has a directional arrow pointing to the next tee area.
- To Tee # 10 and # 11
- Park in the lot beside the new soccer building. Walk down the path to the right of the building, past the picnic tables.
- When you get to the open field look down for tee markers for # 11. Tee from the path to the target along the tree line on the right. (BTW, if the tee markers by the path for #11 have been stolen again, look for two holes in the ground for their rightful place)
- #10 is off to your left. Tee is up the hill behind the power tower. Target is along the tree line. It is in its shortest placement. BTW, the target directly in front of you is #18, where you finish.
