Join us for a bit of work on the course. I am sure you have noticed that the green growth is trying to take over the course. Just makes you want to fight back!
Saturday, August 16 8am - 11 am Work starts on Hole 2 and 3 Look for ye ol' red truck and the sound of weeds being whacked!
Bring water and gloves. Bring pruners, string trimmers, brush trimmers, etc.
Oh, and spread the word. All are welcome. We expect to have several weed whacking divisions available; Pros, Advanced, Intermediate, Greeny, and Newbie.
Thanks, Ron Pittman

Saturday is a GO !
If you have played lately, then you know that we have good bit of pruning and trimming to do.
I was thinking of renting one of those DR Trimmer machines. If you are thinking that you can support this work day by your donated $$ instead of your marvelous personal presence - just let me know. Your money is good.
So we can plan better, could I get a potential roll call?
If you think you can make it, Email me at

Thanks,
Ron

I'm going to pick up the Brush Hog this afternoon. If you want to help me drive that thang for a while ---- this is your chance.
I will be at the course from about 2pm-5pm on Friday and will get there early on Saturday -- about 7am.

Workday Report
I can't say we got it looking like a city park just yet, but we did manage to make a few more holes much more playable. If you find it easier to locate your wankers -- be sure and thank;
Don, the constant Mike, the newbie Ryan's dad (the old goat hasn't missed a workday yet!)
Stay tuned for next workday announcement. Need to do some tee pad work.
Thanks, Ron
