THE 2009 AMATEUR CHAMPIONSHIPS at BOWLING GREEN
April 3-5, 2009
The details:
Entry Fee: $50 all divisions (allows all players to receive same players pack)
Divisions include Advanced, Advanced Master, Advanced GM,
Intermediate, and Recreational
Mail Entry to: BGDGC, 1040 Shive Lane B-12, Bowling Green, KY 42103
Include NAME, DIVISION, and PDGA #
Schedule (check back often as we add details):
Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday nights, or Friday morning check in
(locations announced soon), players will recieve program.
Friday 2pm Tee Off at your course for Round 1
Friday Evening: Pick up players packages and meet the manufacturers
Saturday: Rounds 2 and 3
Saturday Evening: Fly Mart!
Sunday morning: Round 4
Sunday noon: Final 9

New for 2009: No players meeting, just a improved program listing all OB and pool schedules
Friday Start allows for finishing early Sunday (no putt offs in the gym)
One low entry fee and big players package for all
Expeted limits on players by division:
Advanced (pools a, b, c, d): 360 players (men and women)
Advanced Age protected (pool e): 90
Intermediate (pools f, g, h): 270
Recreational (pool i, j) 180 - Note: will play two courses, twice
This was announced sunday at the smyrna ice bowl.
sounds like a lot of fun.
i have already sent in my registration. wanted to put the word out to you guys.
anyone interested in carpool/hotel bunk up please let me know.
can save a lot of cash by splitting up costs.
Ive made 1 trip to BG, great courses. and its just for us AM's (you pros have yours another day i think?)
anyway, those interested, reply here and lets see what we can get going.
