A couple more notes:
We played White and Red tees simultaneously at Liberty, so that was 20 holes. We also found 20 tees and baskets at Cedars of Lebanon (it wasn't easy). Therefore, those who hung in there for the day played 148 holes.
According to my interpretation of PDGA rules (Competition Manual, 1.5(B)), those who failed to play a few of the holes during the day will be assessed par plus four (7) on those holes.

Results for the 10th annual Crazy 8
We started at 6:30 am, played Liberty Park (20 holes), Crockett Park, Seven Oaks, Two Rivers, Cedar Hill, Cedars of Lebanon (20 holes), Sharp Springs, and Henry Horton. We finished at 8:50 pm. We played 148 holes. Temperatures were in the mid 90s; no wind to speak of.
Here are the scores:
LP CP 7O 2R CH CL SS HH 54 48 54 52 65 61 58 52 = 444 James (54 average per 18 holes) 50 50 52 58 68 62 57 56 = 453 Becker (55.1) 68 54 59 55 65 66 67 55 = 489 Grant (59.5) 65 57 59 58 70 69 67 57 = 502 Cameron (61.1) 68 55 61 54 69 67 68 60 = 502 Dave (61.1) 65 54 65 57 70 67 66 61 = 505 Keith (61.4) 61 54 60 59 89 65 64 59 = 511 Richard (62.1) 72 59 72 102 81 = 386 Bryan (75.5)
James was even par for the day.
For taking a well-advised break from the heat, Bryan was assessed par+4 (7) for 11 holes at Two Rivers. Richard was given a 7 on 6 holes at Cedar Hill. Nobody else was smart enough to take a break.
Of the six who finished all eight courses, Grant had the lowest average time per course at 64.4 minutes. Cameron's was the highest at 69.5.

Nice 48 @ crockett James. was that from whites? I wish. We played from the red tees. I'm still trying to break par from the whites. Thanks for adventure Dave! The only way the day would have been better is if I didn't chafe. It was horrible.
