Mr. 91 Motel. As you know --- locals know nothing about motels. But, my best travel plans have been made with priceline. Just check hotwire for the best deals and start bidding below that for a 3star priceline. Change your bid $5 everyday. I would be surprised if you couldn't get something for 50. Card. For the first round we will try if you are in the same division. Things get goofy at the board if we start getting super full. PM the names and I will give it a shot. I know better than to promise. I'm showing 35 on the pre-reg list. And yes it is true. We have exactly 40 am player packs.
But, we will do this --- if you miss the first 40 pre-reg list, we have 10 more pro discs (the other goodies will be gone) if you can hit the first 50 pre-reg list. That sound fair?
I got to brag on the club a bit. "We" includes Cameron Patrick - co-TD/Target Man/Sign Man; Ryan Disckerson -club accountant/Caddy Book Man/Sponsor Man; and our awesome volunteers who prepped the course last Saturday. We even have club members who will be hosting during the Ice Bowl instead of playing. I am grateful and honored to be numbered amongst them. Come prepared to tell them all thank you. Without them there would be no tournament.
Looking forward to seeing everybody.
Ron

The red x info was more for your benefit than ours. I forgot to renew until last week myself. Ryan put his new card in his wallet so he could show his buds.
You're the best long-distance member the club has ever had. If somebody wants to try to take you out of that spot -- they would have to step up strong. Stronger than a Goad flick, a Logan TbirdHyzer, a Hardie putt, or a Hakanson tournament!

Well, It looks like we are going to dodge a big wet snowy bullet on the weather for Saturday.
We aren't real sure what the turnout will be like. I figure the weather is a plus. As usual --- a pile of Ice Bowls to choose from a slight minus. Playing a rather short course is a slight minus, but maybe a wash since we have 8 more open temps.
I won't go over 5-somes. And I like finishing in the daylight. And throwing in a last-minute extra hole tends to screw up the quality of the course, our timing, score cards, etc. -- won't do it. Not a real fan of ghost cards, so --- unpublished or not --- We'll cap at 90.
As is normal --- Online pre-reg will be shut down at midnight on Wed.

Do you want me to bring my all metal discatcher sport for Saturday?

Thanks for the offer Craig! You're welcome to bring it along if you'd like to set it up somewhere near Tournament Central for putting practice or whatnot, but we are covered for the temp holes. They will all have full-size metal baskets. The sport-catcher majority two weeks ago was just what we pulled together for the practice round.

Alan you're in. No problem. Since you are like me (a ROF playing down in the OF division) you will be just fine. But, try not to bring your A game. The young boys in Adv Master can't handle it. Just tone it down a little and you will fit in much better. Ron

Just a reminder. We don't hold spots. It isn't that we don't love you, but in a most practical way -- it puts all the pressure on us to keep a "coming, but not paid" list and then on Saturday morning compare that to the "I got up early so I could be here first " list. No real way for us to make or keep a friend. We will be in the dog house with either one or the other. So, we don't hold spots. It is safer for me and our staff. Some of ya'll are real big and know where we live. Online pre-reg is open until Wed midnight. If for some goofy reason you decide later to not come -- I will refund your bucks. Or if you put a check in the mail on Wed (and you live close by) then we will get it by Friday. And If for some goofy reason you decide later to not come -- I will refund your bucks. Or, we will have Late Registration on Sat am set up by 7:30am. If I have been obtuse, let me be specific. You are registered when we get your money. That is the only way for us to be fair to all. Why, because we love you all equally. ;D Ron BTW, The PDGA online registration page will be updated twice a day during this week. If you want to know who and how many we have registered just click: www.pdga.com/tournament_results/62781Oh, and if this puts you in a tire-slashing mood -- I drive a yellow Mustang.
